This is not an official site. Always check the park agency's own site, and local conditions, before you go.

We copy closure notices from the park agencies' public alerts and show them here. We can be wrong or out of date: an agency can change a notice after we last read it, our reading of a notice can miss something, and a park with no closure listed can still be closed, flooded, burning or unsafe. Parks we don't track may have closures we know nothing about.

Nothing here is advice. You're responsible for deciding whether it's safe to go, and for following the directions of park staff, signs and emergency services.

We provide this site as it is, without any promise that it's accurate, complete or available. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it.

The notices belong to the agencies that publish them and are used under their licences. Each notice links to its original and credits its agency; sources and credits lists them all. The site is non-commercial and has no ads.
